A.We are based in Tampa, Florida and provide photography and videography throughout Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Lakeland, Sarasota, Orlando and surrounding Florida areas. We also love to travel and are available for weddings, events and sessions across the United States and internationally.

Our wedding packages are designed with ease in mind and include complimentary travel throughout the whole Tampa Bay Area. For weddings outside of Tampa Bay, a travel fee will apply depending on distance. Our photo sessions and event coverage include complimentary travel within Tampa, Florida, with a travel fee for locations outside of Tampa. For any out of state and destination wedding, travel accommodations such as airfare, hotel and transportation for our husband and wife team will be needed.

A.Yes. A Stewart Photo and Video is fully licensed and insured. Many Tampa Bay wedding venues require proof of liability insurance, and we are happy to provide documentation upon request.

A.Absolutely. As experienced Tampa wedding photographers and videographers, we help couples build photo and video timelines that allow for beautiful portraits, family photos, sunset sessions and smooth transitions throughout the day.

A.For weddings, couples typically receive approximately 75 professionally edited images per hour of coverage. We carefully remove duplicates and test shots to ensure you receive only the best images. Your full gallery is delivered within approximately 30 days.

For portrait sessions and events, final image counts typically range from 25 to 50 finished images depending on session length.

A.Our Same Day Wedding Photo Preview is where we curate and edit 15 to 30 images during dinner if timing allows. These are displayed on an iPad after dinner during your reception so you and your guests can relive moments from earlier in the day.

A.Yes. When your collection includes a second photographer or videographer, you will have trained professionals who have worked directly with our team and meet our quality standards.

A.You will receive a sneak peek within 24hrs to 48hrs after your wedding. Your full wedding photo gallery and final edited wedding films are typically delivered within 30 to 45 days.

A.Our Slideshow Photo Reel is a beautiful way to relive your day through a curated collection of your most meaningful moments. We hand select 60 to 80 of your photos, all captured by our team, and thoughtfully bring them together with smooth transitions and perfectly chosen royalty free music that matches the feel and energy of your event. Each slideshow is crafted to tell your story in a natural and emotional way, typically lasting between 7 to 15 minutes.

A.Wedding and session galleries remain active for one year. We provide reminders before expiration and offer extended hosting options if desired.

A.Yes. Your online gallery includes access to our professional print store featuring fine art prints, wall art, albums, books and keepsakes. All products are printed through professional labs for lasting quality.

A.We offer half day, full day, elopement and multi day wedding photography and videography coverage. Event coverage ranges from 2 to 14 consecutive hours depending on your needs.

A.Yes. We regularly photograph and film weddings in low light venues including churches, reception halls and aquariums. We use professional camera equipment designed for low light performance and add supplemental lighting when permitted.

A.If you would like to extend coverage beyond your contracted time, we offer hourly extensions at the rate outlined in your contract.

A.Most couples book 8 to 18 months in advance, especially for popular Tampa Bay wedding dates. However, availability varies so we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible.

A.We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Google Pay, ACH Bank Transfers and Cash App.

A.A signed contract and retainer are required to reserve your date. If your wedding is postponed and we are available, we will transfer your reservation to the new date. Retainers are non refundable. Additional payments follow the terms outlined in your contract.

A.Coverage hours include time spent photographing, filming, traveling between venues, setting up equipment and backing up files. If there is a large gap between events, discounted gap hour pricing may apply.

A.Yes. We back up wedding files to multiple secure external drives and cloud based storage systems to protect your memories.

A.Once your edited photo gallery is ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to view and download your images along with your personalized gift card code. When you’re ready to order prints, albums, books, thank you cards, and more; simply add your selections to your cart. At checkout, enter your gift card code — your print credit will automatically be applied to your total.
